I work 12 hour shifts consisting mostly of me standing or being on my feet majority of the day. I typically have issues with my right knee after my 3rd day of work and it can take up to two days after to get it back to normal. I got this knee brace the day after my 3rd day. I wore it for a few hours and my knee was back to normal. I liked how this brace has 3 adjustable straps to give you a more comfortable fit. I did have to get used to it being on my knee and it does restrict movement some. Once I got used to it, it was fine. I found the brace to be soft and it didn't cause my knee to sweat either. I received this product for free for my honest opinion and review.
